Competency Based Trainers (CBT) will be known as 'Learning Partners' from 1 July 2005.

Over the past decade CBT has expanded significantly. The company's core business has diversified and grown well beyond its well known training and assessment programs. And while our training activities are still a prominent feature of the business, we felt that 'CBT' did not properly capture the scope of our work and the breadth of the education services we offer in 2005.

Our new name not only better reflects our corporate direction but also, importantly, the external relationships we have cultivated with our business partners.

Our range of services and existing business partnerships will remain in place - the company is changing in name only.
