Sharon's role as Development Initiatives Manager with Learning Partners, is to be pro-active in developing and maintaining a best practice approach to projects, resources and professional development. She works with both Learning Partners staff and external clients and delivers customised training programs for companies, specializing in Front Line Management and Training and Assessment.

Having spent a significant percentage of her time working directly with industry, Sharon is committed to the recognition process as a formal component of training and assessment. She is keenly aware of the need for a "best practice" approach to ensure that those seeking to gain qualifications through recognition processes are provided a quality service; one that is seen and experienced as objective and measurable.
