Our Scope in Traineeships affords us to be able to meet organisational requirements across different streams of activity within the organisation and or provide relevant combinations to ensure relevancy for the company and the individual.

Learning Partners has developed very successful working partnerships with New Apprenticeship Centres across the country. As such, we can readily assist companies to access Traineeship funds to support this program in the workplace. The incentives can apply to both existing employees and new entry.

Benefits to the Employer - The benefit of this program to an employer is that the employer can receive incentive payments (if eligible) and their trainee is paid a trainee wage. Moreover, they have an employee who is interested in the industry and whom they can train in their business culture.

Benefits to the Trainee - The benefit for a trainee is that they acquire valuable work experience and a nationally recognised qualification. By undertaking your learning program via a Traineeship you will be able to fit your program into your workplace schedule.

Learning Partners through its relationship with EQALS Pty Ltd, has the capacity to develop and implement customised e-Learning programs and a variety of e-Learning products. Our e-Learning offerings reduce costs associated with traditional training programs such as travel, loss of production/replacement costs and instructor costs.

EQALS offers e-Learning solutions through a Web-Based system. Web-Based learning uses streaming media, text and graphics to create a dynamic learning experience on the user's computer via the Internet. Using asynchronous e-Learning approaches, the learner can access training independent of any schedule, does not require a facilitator or instructor and can be accessed via Internet.

EQALS Computer-Based Training can also deliver e-Learning on a CD/ROM which does not always require Internet access to operate.

Blended Learning
